i watched kämpfer and i gotta say ep. 1-11 was decent but the last one just stabbed everything ill give this a rating of 2/100 because of the ending.
and sage to answer ur question this is a anime serie rated mature (but who will ever care???) tho its not that bad actually i wuld rate it down to teen because theres no blood and the ecchi is very soft (unlike Kiss x Sis and many others) tho this culd be for more unserious viewers or if ur just so bored that crapping ur pants seems fun.
