Why To Aru Majutsu no Index Episode 4 Sucks Balls

Before we start, let me assure you that I do not hate this show. Index is like Shana 2nd with everything improved and no Kugimiya Rie (thank heavens), with cool fights and setting that reminds me a bit, if only a bit, of Mx0, one of my favorite mangas of all time. However, I must come to the conclusion that episode 4 of Index sucks balls. Read on to learn why.

Like the previous episode, this one was nothing but TL;DR – however, episode 3 was at least somewhat light-hearted in equilibrium with the serious fighting stuff that took place right before it. The encounter between Kaori and Touma goes through pretty much all possible clichés about protecting your friend (excuse me while I go wash my hands, writing that made me feel nasty already). But enough talk and let the pictures speak for themselves. So for the good of public education and welfare, NovaSubs presents: Index Episode 4 TL;DR-version.

Bottom line: Whoever’s directing this thing thinks the audience has the same kind of ability to memorize massive amounts of bullshit as Index does.
